If someone cannot make it to a videoconference site, we can provide internet viewing to an individual’s personal computer and they can participate by phone if needed. With internet viewing comes the option of having secure instant messaging and/or group chat to give the entire team a virtual meeting place.
Our Polycom videoconference equipment gives our clients the ability to show materials using the document camera (ELMO), share the contents of a computer screen such as a PowerPoint presentation, or play a video to the other sides connected to the call.
